Maximum term of 20 years.

Once the term is up, you become the owner of a 2-bedroom apartment (one of which is an en suite), with 2 bathrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area, and a private balcony in a residential neighborhood in the city of Asunción.

The apartment buildings also feature shared spaces such as a terrace, swimming pool, and parking spaces.

For every referral you bring to Fortaleza, we’ll waive one payment.

Payment methods: bank transfer, automatic debits from credit cards and/or checking accounts, and in-person payments.
