  Maximum term of 20 years.

  Once the term is up, you will become the owner of a two-bedroom apartment (one of which is an en suite) with two bathrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area, and a private balcony in a residential neighborhood in Asunción.

• 

  The apartment buildings also feature shared spaces such as a terrace, a swimming pool, and parking spaces.

• 

  For every referral you bring to Fortaleza, we'll waive one payment.

• 

  Payment methods: bank transfers, automatic debits from credit cards and/or checking accounts, and in-person payments.
